Return Policy

At Rob Cowden Jewelry, we are dedicated to maintaining the quality of our products and addressing any potential discrepancies. We understand that, on occasion, castings may need to be returned, and our return policy is detailed below:

Return Period:

You have 90 days from the original invoice date to return a purchase.

Documentation:

Please include the original invoice with your return for smooth processing.

Reason for Return:

When you return something, tell us why on the invoice for faster processing.

Refundable Weight:

Only the weight of the metal being returned is refundable. We can't refund metal removed or contaminated at your facility.

Contamination:

If metal is contaminated with solder or other substances, we can't take it back. We suggest you refine such scrap as needed. We check all returns for contaminants.

Customer-Related Issues:

If the issue is due to something that happened at your facility, like CAD design errors or bench mistakes, we'll refund the metal's value, minus a 7.5% restocking fee. This fee covers our work to process the return.

Rob Cowden Jewelry Errors:

If the problem was on our end during the casting process, we'll issue a full refund based on the item's original invoice price.

Custom Jewelry Design Return Policy

Custom jewelry is crafted to your specifications and as such, we cannot accept returns on custom-made items. These pieces are created uniquely for you, and once an order is placed and production has commenced, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

We encourage open communication during the design process and will seek your approval on final designs before production begins. Our commitment is to meet your expectations and to ensure that you are satisfied with the final product.
